Marketing Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Create, develop and execute
   1. Marketing plans including
      1. Brand plan
      2. Budget
      3. Digital media including live coverage
      4. On-ground activations
      5. Production
      6. Customer retention and acquisition
      7. PR (internal and external)
2. Deal with third-party suppliers handling and management
3. Co-work and align with cross-related functions (Finance, development, finance, operations, HR… etc (in line with the Abou Ghaly Motors work policies to ensure a smooth operation
4. Assist the marketing manager, as well as the sales and marketing director with marketing strategies
5. Assists in interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training of new marketing department staff
6. Manages the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans
7. Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts
8. Regularly interacts with marketing managers to receive information and updates about marketing staff progress and results
9. Evaluates marketing reports and sales data compiled by marketing staff members
10. Presents regular updates and information to other department heads and executives
11. Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy
12. Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
13. Organizes and attends company-wide and marketing events
14. Assists in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships
15. Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars
16. Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field 3 years of experience.
2. Strong and proven analytical skills
3. Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

Responsiblities:

• Coordinate meeting to the Board of Directors
• Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
• Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs

London Cab Sales Agent

Responsibilities: 

• Promote & Achieve London Taxi targets and encourage customers for trips.
• Promote Limozeenak activity and encourage customers for trips.
• Report the daily fleet status to Limozeenak Supervisor
• Check LC fleet conditions and drivers preventability
• Make reservations on LC system
• Contact person with the call center
• Sending the daily reports for LC and Limozeenak such as fleet, movement…
• Review the petty cash.
